Chris Rogers joined the Dandy-Walker Alliance in April 2022 as its first-ever full-time Executive Director.
He has a strong passion for community work and effecting positive change in the world around him. He has seen firsthand the joy and delight that those with Dandy-Walker Syndrome bring to their families and friends, and is excited to connect with families around the globe.
Chris spent the last four years working with nonprofits in the Washington D.C. area planning and executing community events, creating video broadcasts and digital media productions, cultivating corporate partnerships, and implementing organizational fundraising initiatives.
He holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Maryland, where he spent four years honing his writing, editing, graphic design, and video production skills. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, listening to and playing music, watching baseball, and trying new restaurants.

Eric Cole founded the Dandy-Walker Alliance in 2006 to support families affected by Dandy-Walker Syndrome worldwide and fund national research activities. Since then, the organization has grown to reach thousands of people worldwide.
A military brat, Eric was born and raised in Colorado with family roots in Alabama. He holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland and an M.S. from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Eric works at the National Cancer Institute and lives in Montgomery County, Maryland with his wife and son.
